Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (fragrances and perfumes), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of a change of mind, dislike of the fragrance, or incorrect size selection. All sales are considered final unless the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only
We will gladly accept returns and offer a refund or replacement if the product/s received by the customer are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at connect@fathaa.com within SEVEN days of receiving your delivery. The email should include the following:

Your order number.

A clear picture of the product in question.

A description of the damage or reason for seeking a return or replacement.
Upon receipt of your return request, our team will evaluate it and coordinate with you for the next steps. The product in question must be received by us in its original packaging along with the original invoice.
Courier charges for the return of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products will be borne by Fathaa Perfumes.
Refund and Replacement Process
All returns are subject to inspection and quality control by our team. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved.

If approved, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days.

For purchases made via Cash on Delivery, you will be required to share your bank details to receive the approved refund.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not possible once an order has been shipped. For cancellation requests prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at connect@fathaa.com.
